That’s the title of John Tierney’s New York Times column today, a followup to the last week’s that I flagged here then. I think a fair summary of today’s column is that the best evidence now is that the gap is partly about bell-curve bunching, mostly about personal interests and choices, and not much about discrimination—but read it yourself.
