The U.S. has  accused ten individuals of acting as undeclared agents on behalf of Russia to gather information on policymaking within the U.S. government. Among the intriguing details that are emerging, according to Stratfor: Members of the spy ring attempted to recruit students in Arlington, Virginia, for intelligence collection.
