Robert: Yes, employers’ requests for SAT test scores would run into legal problems. Bryan O’Keefe and Rich Vedder wrote about that in the Pope Center paper “Griggs v. Duke Power: Implications for College Credentialing.” But I wonder if graduates could submit them as part of a larger portfolio or even a résumé. It’s a thought.
