Re: UNC’s Business School Makes the Top Ten!


George, I wonder how those alumni would feel if they saw some of UNC’s “featured courses” listed in that report. The first listed course that popped up was one on Innovations in Green Building.

My favorite course listed was Financing Sustainable Mega Projects. The course description begins:

Financing Sustainable Mega Projects introduces students to government funding mechanisms and public-private partnership (PPP) financing of large-scale physical capital projects in the developed and developing world. These sectors include traditional infrastructure (highways, airports, and water/sewer) as well as emerging infrastructure projects (high speed rail and energy based projects such as wind/solar farms, fuel cells, etc.).

That course excites me. Surely they will talk about Solyndra, right? (Insert forehead slap here.)
