Yet Another Reason for the Court to Hear Fisher

AP reporter Jesse Washington has a long article here discussing the increasingly widespread belief among students that they must, at all costs, avoid checking the “Asian” box on their college applications, since doing so will guarantee their being discriminated against — all in the name of “diversity,” of course. Is this kind of discrimination something that federal civil-rights laws are supposed to be okay with?

The Federal Government has declared war on Cargill. Their assertion is that Cargill discriminated in hiring at a plant in Arkansas. But wait.....84% of the employees there are minorities, but the government said it is the wrong kind of minorities. Yes, that's correct. The Obama administration is in the process of cancelling $550,000,000 in contracts with Cargill because too many Asians work at this plant.

Has it not occurred to anyone that you are also discriminated against if you check "caucasian"?

For every 'protected minority' that is admitted under a 'diversity' program, a non-minority receives a rejection letter. Its pure discrimination, solely on the basis of race.

If you really want to be discriminated against, let them know you're a a Christian.
