Obama’s Higher-Ed Christmas Tree

In today’s Pope Center piece, Jay Schalin begins a series of articles that examine the higher-education views of the candidates for the presidency next year, and he begins with the incumbent. Obama pledged to greatly expand the percentage of Americans who graduate from college (of some sort) and has done much in his first three years to succor the higher-education establishment.
