Fisher v. University of Texas was not on the list of cases released by the Supreme Court yesterday in which it refused review; even better, the experts at SCOTUSBlog say that the case was not on the conference list for Friday after all, so the fact that review was not granted on Friday means exactly . . . nothing. Anyway, hope lives.
