Law Schools Taking More and More Criticism

by George Leef

Attorney Hans Bader of the Competitive Enterprise Institute writes here about the continuing criticism being directed at law schools, including derogatory comments from Court of Appeals judge Jose Cabranes and law professor Paul Campos, the latter of whom forthrightly admits that most law profs don’t know anything about practicing law.

Like so much of the rest of our education system, law schools absorb a lot of resources and yet accomplish little that is of value.
