On some campuses, such as the University of California–Berkeley, serious harassment against individual Jewish students (as opposed to cases based on animosity toward Israel) has been reported. Ken Marcus provides an update on the sluggish but steady progress on the legal front against such anti-Semitism.
Marcus is forming a new organization, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, to fight against this hateful prejudice.
(From the linked article) "All Jews must stand together" [to aid in this nationwide campaign to suppress open discussion of Israel, Zionism, Israeli/Jewish agents in the US, AND individual Jews living and dead].
Where administrators fail to respond [to the satisfaction of the Zionist activists] "lawsuits arise." All on their own - nobody actually BRINGS the lawsuits, so their merit or motivations doesn't even come up for question.
I wonder if this sort of stuff raises (administrative) costs at institutions of higher education. Those costs have been rising rapidly, as this Web site has reported on a number of occasions.
