Here’s the catch: Amazon discriminates. It discriminates against BA and MA programs. If an employee wants to acquire skills in fields like aircraft mechanics, machine-tool technology, or medical-lab science, Amazon will help with the expenses. But if an employee wants to get a BA in, oh, Women’s Studies, no help. Could be a lawsuit over that.
