Preferences at the University of Oklahoma

Text

The Center for Equal Opportunity released its latest study, documenting the evidence of admission preferences based on race in undergrad, law, and medical school admissions at the University of Oklahoma. My op-ed today in The Oklahoman, summarizing the study, is here, and our reply to the OU’s lame response is here. On Election Day this year, Oklahomans will be voting on a ballot initiative that would ban state- and local-government preferences and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, and sex in contracting, employment, and education (including public universities).
