John Rosenberg on “The Sixth Circuits Silly 14th Amendment Travesty”

by George Leef

Yesterday, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the infamous Sixth Circuit decision that struck down Michigan’s Proposition 2, which declared that the state would not employ racial preferences — in college admissions or elsewhere. John Rosenberg has a savory analysis of this development on his Discriminations blog.

I especially love this line: “How sad that liberalism has now degraded itself so thoroughly that it has become synonymous with support for treating some Americans better and others worse because of their race.”
