Moving Up from Community College

Many students these days start their post-secondary education at a community college, and then move along to a four-year institution. That can, however, lead to difficulties for the student. In today’s Pope Center piece, Jesse Saffron looks at a controversy in North Carolina: should we make it easier for those students, or would the changes make it too easy for community-college students to transfer into UNC schools?
