Going Green on Campus

Instead of trumpeting its academic course offerings, talented professors, or beautiful campus, this year the University of Virginia is promoting the fact that it has eliminated lunch trays as part of its “Green Dining” campaign. UVA decided to go trayless after a study found that “84 percent of students were willing to go trayless.”

I can only imagine what is being done on other campuses.
