Looking to John’s Wayne State Post from the Chronicle, I was also amused by the criteria. The points about discrimination are obvious – it’s not clear what any of these policies practically mean, but I take it that “extra consideration to applicants who are proficient in more than one language” will not entail an upsurge in Taiwanese Law Students. And does “living abroad or an American Indian reservation” include “the villa in Emilia-Romagna?”
