As I’ve just noted on The Corner, the BBC is reporting that the Times Atlas of the World, which had claimed that global “warming had turned 15% of Greenland’s former ice-covered land ‘green and ice-free,’” was wrong. Scientists from the Scott Polar Research Institute quietly pointed out that the claim that there was “concrete evidence of . . . climate change . . . altering the face of the planet forever — and doing so at an alarming and accelerating rate” was unfortunately not true.
