Goalkeeper Scored Own Goal

Not taking the wind into account, a goalkeeper in an Israeli amateur soccer team takes a spot kick, but can do nothing when strong winds blow the ball back into his own net. Technically, it is not an own goal, according to FIFA’s Laws of the Game, “A goal may be scored directly from a goal, but only against the opposing team.” Such was a goal by Tim Howard several weeks ago for his team Everton.
