Breaking News: President Declares D.C. A Disaster Area

Via White House:
The President today declared a major disaster exists in the District of Columbia and ordered Federal aid to supplement the District’s recovery efforts in the area struck by severe winter storms and snowstorms during the period of February 5-11, 2010. Federal funding is available to the District of Columbia and certain private nonprofit organizations on a cost-sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the severe winter storms and snowstorm.

Isn't there a statute of limitations on these things? Or maybe this allows some new goodies under Obamacare? - Greg Pollowitz
