Lois Tarkanian, Rita Rudner To Host Las Vegas Press Conference to Discuss Sharron Angle’s Extreme Positions Against Working Families TOMORROW
LAS VEGAS – Tomorrow, Las Vegas City Councilwoman Lois Tarkanian and comedian Rita Rudner, both working mothers, will join Nevada working women in Las Vegas to call out Sharron Angle’s extreme and dangerous positions against Nevada’s working families.
The news conference will be held at a small family-run business and will be Councilwoman Tarkanian’s first appearance on behalf of Senator Reid’s re-election campaign.
Comedienne Rita Rudner performs almost exclusively at Harrah’s in Las Vegas. Lois Tarkanian, a Democrat, is a Las Vegas City Councilwoman, wife of ex-UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian and mother of ex-U.S. Senate candidate Danny Tarkanian.
