Those are the odds FiveThirtyEight has set for a Republican takeover of the House. The polling firm ran 100,000 seperate simulations through its latest forecasting models to arrive at that figure. Additionally, the model shows a 1-in-3 chance that GOP gains this November will surpass the 54-seat Republican wave of 1994.
