Cook Political Report Moves CO-7 from ‘Likely’ to ‘Leans’ Democrat

The Cook Political Report moved Rep. Ed Perlmutter’s 7th Congressional District seat from “likely D” to “lean D.” Perlmutter faces Aurora City Councilman Ryan Frazier.

Frazier leads Perlmutter 40 to 39 percent in a poll from late August.

Rep. John Salazar’s 3rd Congressional District and Rep. Betsy Markey’s 4th Congressional District are listed as “Democratic toss up” by CPR.

The New York Times lists Salazar and Perlmutter as “leaning Democratic,” with Markey’s seat moved to “leaning Republican.”

The Rothenburg Political Report lists Salazar as “Lean Democrat” and Markey as “Republican Favored,” but does not list Perlmutter’s seat among those it is tracking.
