Ben Ginsberg, a lawyer who specializes in election law, tells Battle ‘10 that the Democratic Governors’ Association’s recent complaint regarding Fox News giving John Kasich airtime to ask for donations is groundless as far as Kasich is concerned.
“It is significant that the DGA filed it and not the State Party,” Ginsberg said. “And it’ll be an interesting battle to see the [the DGA] fighting the First Amendment.”
