Huffington Post reports that President Obama is planning major rallies in at least four battleground states – Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Nevada – before the Nov. 2 midterm elections. In the Illinois Senate race, a new Rasmussen poll has Mark Kirk (R) leading Alexi Giannoulias (D) 41 percent to 37 percent, which is the first poll of likely voters to show more than a three-point advantage for either candidate since April.
