Pat Toomey has centered his campaign around the idea of “more jobs, less government.” Last year, he published The Road to Prosperity, a capitalist manifesto, of sorts, that lays out his vision for markets and government. He co-authored the book with Nachama Soloveichik, his campaign’s communications director.
