All About Angle

This morning Battle ‘10 brought you the Angle campaign’s brief pre-debate message which presented the underdog candidate in the light of the incredible headway she’s made and still hopes to make.

The senate majority leader has his pre-debate setup out, too. It is rather long (so B’10 will provide a few excerpts and link to the whole thing), and it is as much about Angle as Reid:

Sharron Angle will try, fail to close credibility chasm

from the desk of Kelly Steele, Communications Director, Friends for Harry Reid

Make no mistake – during tonight’s debate we’ll see a Sharron Angle who will claim she wants to “save” Social Security, who denies saying entitlement programs are “making government our God” and claims she never suggested voters will reach for the bullet box and “Second Amendment remedies” if she fails at the ballot box.

But you know the real Sharron Angle…

[…]

But Angle’s credibility gap has become more of a credibility chasm and the real Sharron Angle needs to show up tonight. She can no longer afford to simply create new positions or deny her previous ones as she has done in the past. Angle must finally come clean.

[…]

It will be a heavy lift just for Sharron Angle to prove she’s capable of standing in front of the voters of Nevada and telling the truth – let alone that she’s ready to serve in the U.S. Senate.

[…]

Meanwhile, the fractured Nevada GOP has little ground game and has seen many of its top leaders flee a Sharron Angle campaign dragged down by her extreme and dangerous agenda to back Sen. Reid’s candidacy.

Biden Wants It Both Ways

This week felt like a month.
