Angle Pays Premium ($1.3M) for Late Ad Buy on Airwaves

Jon Ralston just reported via Twitter that the Sharron Angle campaign laid down $1.3 million for a one-week statewide ad buy Wednesday. This is in addition to the airtime she already owned, which was substantial.

There has been much speculation about how much Angle’s campaign cash on hand might be after her campaign reported they took in $14 million in the third quarter.

Now we know it is at least $1.3 million, although if she paid that much for a week of advertising it is reasonable to extrapolate that she might have around $4 million to get her through the last three weeks of the election.
