In Colorado, the 2010 Election Has Already Begun

For the 60.2 percent of Colorado voters with permanent mail-in voter status (PMIV), the November 2 election begins today, as county clerks across the state begin to distribute hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots. Ballots must be returned (mailed or dropped off) to the respective county offices by November 2, as ballots postmarked by that date will not count.

Early voting will begin next Monday, October 18 and will continue through October 29.

To help kickoff the voting, Ken Buck is hosting Sen. John Thune (R-SD) today in the Denver area for a rally. Sen. Michael Bennet will be joined by former President Bill Clinton for a rally next Monday, when early voting begins.
