A new Rasmussen poll shows Democrat senate candidate Chris Coons with an 11-point lead over Republican Christine O’Donnell, 51 percent to 40 percent. Four percent of likely voters remain undecided.
Rasmussen considers the race to be “Solid Democrat.”
For O’Donnell, this marks her strongest showing in recent polls, which have shown her trailing Coons by as many as 21 points.
The poll was conducted on October 14, a day after the two candidates debated.
