A Sideshow at Obama’s Philadelphia Rally

At President Obama’s rally in Philadelphia’s Germantown section last night, a protester apparently threw a book at the president after he delivered his 28 minute speech on the baseball diamond of an adjacent elementary school. The book did not hit the president, and few — including the president — noticed the projectile.

At an earlier point, during the president’s remarks, a naked middle-aged man was arrested by police and escorted from the premises.
