Two New Ads from Fiorina Campaign

“We can change Washington. But first, you have to vote to change the people we send there.”

That’s the message emphasized by Republican senate candidate Carly Fiorina in two new ads that feature Californians discussing how they’re unhappy about the status quo. The “Buck” ad slams Boxer for her tax hikes and spending, including on the stimulus, which a state resident announces “isn’t working for me.” “We can make Washington work,” says Fiorina. “Cut spending. Ban earmarks.”

The “Label” ad works to attract Democrat and independent voters. “Everyone is hurting,” says the narrator, followed by several Californians agreeing. “Republican. Democrat. Independent. Your party doesn’t matter anymore. It’s fixing this mess. Boxer’s been there 28 years, and look what we’ve got.”

“When bickering ends, solutions begin. I’m prepared to oppose my party when it’s wrong,” Fiorina says.
