RNC Watch has word that Maria Cino thinks she will take off on the third ballot, due to private commitments. Her team expects to be close to but still behind Saul Anuzis and Ann Wagner on the first ballot, but on the third they expect a shift. Cino has not discussed dropping out if that shift fails to occur, but events may force her out.
