Three recent news items solidify my hunch that Michele Bachmann is running: (a) she’s hired (or is on the cusp of hiring) top GOP pollster Ed Goeas; (b) her chief of staff, Andy Parrish, announced he was resigning … to work for Bachmann in another, unnamed capacity; and (c) she will participate in the June 13 New Hampshire debate.
