Michele Bachmann will be the keynote speaker at the California Republican convention this September.
“We’re very excited to have Congresswoman Bachmann joining us for the convention Friday night,” said California Republican party chair Tom Del Beccaro in a statement. “I know her pure energy, vibrancy and leadership will be a hit with our delegates. This is a great opportunity for us to hear directly from one of the Republican Party’s leading presidential candidates.”
Bachmann is slated to speak September 16, just two days after the presidential debate scheduled to be held at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif.
