Sarah Palin is unlikely to announce a presidential candidacy on Sept. 3, reports RealClearPolitics’s Scott Conroy, citing sources close to Palin. Palin will deliver a speech in Indianola, Iowa, that day to a tea party group. Her campaign-style web video released last week had further fueled speculation that she would choose that day to announce.
