Perry Leads in South Carolina

A poll released today by Democratic firm Public Policy Polling shows Rick Perry with a significant lead in South Carolina. Full results: Perry (36 percent), Mitt Romney (16 percent), Michele Bachmann (13 percent), Herman Cain (9 percent), Newt Gingrich (8 percent), Ron Paul (5 percent), Rick Santorum (4 percent), and Jon Huntsman (2 percent).
