In a new video, Michele Bachmann copies Mitt Romney’s line in response to Rick Perry’s remarks about those opposing in-state tuition lacking hearts. “I think if you’re opposed to illegal immigration, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have a heart. It means that you have a heart and a brain,” Romney said the day after debate. In this video, Bachmann says in reference to Perry’s comments about immigration that it’s not that conservatives lack compassion, “It’s just that we have a mind to go with that heart.”
