A new Florida poll shows Mitt Romney at 28 percent, with Herman Cain behind him at 24 percent, reports the St. Petersburg Times. The poll, conducted by War Room Logistics, has Newt Gingrich in third with 10 percent support, while Rick Perry is in fourth at 9 percent.
