Rick Perry will deliver a major policy speech focusing on jobs and energy in Pittsburgh Friday, reports the Dallas Morning News.
Perry spokesman Ray Sullivan told MSNBC this morning that the speech would not be “the full-fledged, full-blown plan.”
“We’re going to be talking about how to create jobs, how to create energy independence, how to reduce our dependence on hostile countries supplying energy and oil to our country,” Sullivan said.
