Herman Cain, who previously wasn’t scheduled to visit Iowa until Nov. 19th, is returning to the state tomorrow, tweets his Iowa chairman Steve Grubbs. So far Cain is scheduled to visit his campaign’s Iowa headquarters in Urbandale and Manna World Cafe in Dubuque, Iowa.
