One of President Obama’s key sayings in trying to tamp down concerns about the Affordable Care Act was that “if you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.” But many Americans are learning that the president’s assurance was a hollow one as they receive letters from their health-care providers informing them of cancellations and rising costs.
