Keep the Internet Free

For the sake of online liberty.

The United States Congress

Capitol Building

Washington, D.C. 20515

Dear Members of Congress,

American oversight of the Internet’s basic functions has kept the web free not only for Americans, but for the entire world. Yet, the Obama administration has announced it would be inviting nations such as China and Russia to help police the web — an outcome which is not only alarming, unnecessary, and unjustifiable, but would also possibly limit and change the Internet as we know it. The integrity of the Internet is a bipartisan issue that has unanimous support from both houses of Congress, and President Obama’s dangerous plan has even prompted critical remarks from former President Bill Clinton.

By signing this National Review petition,  I urge Congress to protect online liberty by instructing the Obama administration to keep the Internet under American jurisdiction.

Sincerely,
