5 Times We Made Fun of a North Korean Dictator And Got Away with It

It’s been a bad week for freedom.

First, a tinpot, dwarf dictator presiding over a medieval, starving prison nation successfully blackmailed our entertainment industry. Second, a Castro brother could well be visiting the White House soon.

But there was a better time in America, when we freely made fun of dictators. Here are five glorious examples of America burning North Korean leaders Kim and Kim in effigy.

1. 30 Rock

Played hysterically by Bobby Moynihan.

4. Team America: World Police

The Trey Parker and Matt Stone cinematic classic. Although you’re not allowed to show it in public anymore.

5. When the Internet happened

We don’t care.
