Preview: Lena Dunham’s Hillary Clinton Interview Will Be Hack and Disgusting

America's favorite hip grandmother strikes again.

Hillary “Look How Cool I Am, Kids!” Clinton has struck again.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any more pathetic, Politico announced that it will publish a video on Tuesday of Girls creator Lena Dunham interviewing America’s Favorite Hip Grandmother Hillary Clinton.

According to Politico’s preview:

In the clip, Dunham, dressed in a checkered jumper, sits across from Clinton in a folding chair and asks: “Do you consider yourself a feminist?”

“Yes,” Clinton responds. “Absolutely.”

Whoa. Profound stuff, huh? Hillary sure seems proud of it:

Barf.

Seriously, I’m trying to imagine something more hack than a Lena Dunham/Hillary Clinton interview about “feminism,” but am having a hard time because I don’t think it exists. One thing I do know for sure: When I watch it, I’m going to feel nauseated as I try to decide which Cool Feminist is fan-girling harder over the other one.

The preview also mentions that the Cool-Mom-in-Chief doesn’t actually watch Girls. But why would she have to? After all, it’s done well at the Emmys, and all Hillary needs to know to support something is whether or not other people will also like it if she does.

Girl power!
