The Liberal Internet has launched an all-out attack against Taylor Swift — accusing her of racism for her “Wildest Dreams” music video.
And you know what? Thank God.
Not only is this particular video definitely super racist, all of Swift’s videos are offensive in some way — and it’s about damn time we started talking about it.
If you haven’t noticed this, that is okay. I’m not judging you. I’m just more educated and therefore better able to spot harmful microaggressions in seemingly innocuous pop music than you are.
So, as my personal favor to society, I compiled a short list:

#related#Ugh. This one is just really bad. Just when you think Taylor might be capable of making a non-racist music video, there she is in a cheetah-print shirt! Yep, a cheetah — another animal from Africa — and yet no African indigenous people featured anywhere. Hashtag face, hashtag palm — amirite?
I could go on and on, but I’m getting too upset. Honestly, it’s clear that this girl just cannot stop appropriating African culture and promoting archaic gender roles — so I think it’s far past time we do something about it and stop her.
