Absurd Anti-RFRA Hysteria in Michigan

A CBS News—yes, CBS News—article outrageously contends that the proposed Michigan Religious Freedom Restoration Act “would let Michigan doctors, EMTs refuse to treat gay patients.” Never mind that, as the article acknowledges, the bill is modeled on the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act, that at least 19 other states have enacted laws modeled on the federal RFRA, and nothing remotely like what CBS News alleges has ever happened anywhere.

This information from Michigan House Republicans answers wild claims like these.
