Argentina v. NML Capital

On Monday, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Argentina v. NML Capital, which involves a post-judgment discovery dispute in litigation arising from Argentina’s defaults on its bond obligations. (I’ve previously highlighted Argentina’s stated determination to defy our nation’s courts and the oddity of the Obama administration’s decision, nonetheless, to support Argentina’s position on the particular discovery dispute.)
