I’ll be in northern California next week for three events:
On Tuesday, April 5, I’ll speak at UC Hastings law school on “The Supreme Court, the Scalia Vacancy, and the 2016 Elections.” The event, which is sponsored by the law school’s Federalist Society chapter, will begin at 3:30.
On Wednesday, April 6, I’ll speak on the same topic in Palo Alto at a lunch meeting of the Silicon Valley lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society. (Register here.)
And on the evening of April 6, I’ll be at Stanford’s Constitutional Law Center to discuss the topic of “After Justice Scalia” with the Center’s director, law professor Michael W. McConnell. (More info here.)
