I’ll be on Bill Bennett’s radio show this (Monday) morning, during the 7:50 a.m. EST segment, to talk about Newt Gingrich’s ideas about subpoenaing judges or abolishing their courts. Like Ed, I am in sympathy with Gingich’s larger concerns about judicial supremacy and activist judges, but disagree (as readers of my latest here will know) with some of his ideas about how to address these problems.
