A new report in The Hill suggests that a filibuster of Brett Kavanaugh is unlikely, but that the nomination of Terrence Boyle may have a harder time. Democratic members of the “Gang of 14″ will reportedly ask for a second hearing on Boyle’s nomination, and even some GOP gang members are luke warm in their support.
