At noon next Tuesday, October 18, I will moderate (and perhaps occasionally aggravate) a panel discussion of the Court’s new term. The featured panelists are Michael A. Carvin of Jones Day; Georgetown law professor (and, until recently, principal deputy Solicitor General and acting Solicitor General) Neal Katyal; and Catholic University law professor Mark Rienzi.
